Very unprofessional staff, super slow und unfriendly. Courses are always super crowded and the ladies area is never cleaned.
Took several times money from my bank account, after terminating the contract. No support from the administration at all.
Would not recommend it at all.
Great gym with helpful staff
Facilities are nice but the gym never heard of customer service nor read any consumer laws when it comes to terminating contract so unless you want to be Chandler who gets stuck with membership and they don’t let him cancel it , think twice before coming here
Update: they keep asking to contact them but no response to emails or emails are not working. Staff on phones are not very helpful
Everything is nice about the gym - no problem. But the only thing I DO NOT UNDERSTAND is why does it close at 5 pm on weekends?? It's so early!! So inconvenient. And also it opens at 7 am on weekdays - also quite late! In the U.S. gyms open at 5 or 6 am during the week and on weekends work almost the same as on weekdays, maybe just a few hours less. Weird. It's the same in "fit for free" though but I genuinely don't get it.
I like this gym, very friendly good equipment
