Such a great atmosphere! Rodney is amazing. He will get the most out of you even on the days when you feel like you cannot do anything. He is so motivational, always chearful and manages to Swift your mood from “I can’t” into “I’m doing it”! Always coming out of that place with a huge smile on even if I enter with being tired, grumpy and not wanting to do stuff. Best place I’ve ever trained in and all thanks to great staff!

I've always had trouble finding the right motivation to dive into the gym. After having a good conversation with Rodney (the owner), he showed me that I had to take the first step myself. No sooner said than done. Now I enjoy a personal personal training because I am really tailor-made and I train with great pleasure and enthusiasm. Definitely recommended for everyone.

Compliments for Rodney Adame, I received training in a different location from him. He really gives three times more than you ask, a man driven by passion for his profession. I would recommend him as absolutely private trainer if you want to be really motivated to work out!

PT-atena has a sporty-ambitious and intimate, atmosphere of mutual involvement where you as a newcomer easily feel at home but you also experience yourself (driven) immediately. Rodney, owner, is a most passionate trainer (I train 1,5 years + with him) with a multiple philosophy, drive, skill, social interest and commitment. An optimal constellation of properties to connect to PT arena and to optimize yourself. He has also attracted a team of loyal, skilled trainers with his own signature, Rodje (Rodney), Duncan, Hidde et al., From whom I received a challenging training with a pleasant surprise. I would like to thank everyone who wants to start their personal development seriously, to get in, to get acquainted and to start a conversation and training.
