The most amazing service really!! In so many years I have used different services, from buying home supplies, to sending mail, arranging later delivery etc.. These people have so polite, professional and kind, that is always a pleasure to go back there.

I was used to the Praxis in Westerpark. But this Gamma shop is just as great. Even cheaper sometimes. The people that work here are usually nice and know a lot. It's a nice shop!
Gamma is one of the popular DIY store chains, supermarket style stores where you can find all sorts of tools, construction materials from wood to concrete, wallpapers, machines, driils, and even car and bicycle accessories. If what you need is not not very complicated, chances are that you wil find it here. The problem with this kind of stores is that the staff are no experts. While the sales persons (if you can find one) are (usually) friendly and knowledgeable with regard to the assortment, they can't give you specialized advice, the kind you would get in a smaller store, where an experienced owner will actively search for a custom made solution for you, and may even have that one spare part in his drawer, that the Gamma people don't even know exists.
