Olivier is a young lawyer, but this does not detract from his professionalism, knowledge and experience. He is a very passionate lawyer who empathizes with the situation and is there for his client. Olivier assisted us in a case regarding the application for an environmental permit for the conversion of a monumental building into independent student apartments. The municipality has initiated a Bibob investigation in the permit process. On this basis, the municipality has intended to refuse a permit. Olivier assisted us in the notice of objection to the municipality. Subsequently he also assisted us in the hearing with the independent advisory committee. After this hearing, the municipality proceeded to withdraw the objection and. This office requested a second opinion and action against structural unlawful acts which led to exploitation in association committed by the Public Prosecution Service and a lawyer who was held liable, however they refer to a legal counter despite knowing that a second opinion is not provided. The reason was not to specialize in a combination of criminal and civil law despite the advertising on their website. This keeps me in that exploitative position, which is contrary to the law they should know. Therefore, I believe that this law firm is beyond its purpose and is complicit in the continued existence of the exploitative situation. This is the reason that I rate this office with 0 stars, however I can only indicate 1, with this one.

Request has been made, to only be referred to another law firm after 3 weeks. Nor is there any reason given why the case is not accepted. Think for themselves that the case is too ambitious, because not everyone is able to litigate against the government. For a minor shoplifting you might be helped here.
