Very unprofessional and bastard broker. We would buy a property (unfortunately the selling party has this broker), I think the broker will receive commission because after the sale the broker will simply sell the property to someone else. The preliminary process (appointment to view) also went very badly. The gentleman does not keep a word and is constantly screwing things up. i doubt the mental health of this broker. I have never seen anyone this rude. He does not hesitate to just call to insult you. Very strange man!
A total of 3 halls were sold and 1 business premises rented out through Falkenstein. All this within a year. His knowledge and network in this market and environment are very good. He helped us a lot in guiding us to the notary. A good check is done for potential tenants. He would like to rent out, but to the right figures. Experience the involved party as a real business partner.
