We had a great experience working with Bob! Our buying process ended up being quite complicated, but Bob guided us through it and kept in close touch with our mortgage advisor. He has great knowledge of the housing market and is honest in his advice. We wouldn't have been able to find our house if it wasn't for him. Would 100% recommend!
We worked with Bob to buy our apartment in Amsterdam. Since the first call with Bob we felt a sense of calmness and security: he knows the business, we works hard and he strives for fair deals and no craziness-nonsense-Amsterdam, which was really important to us. He was always available for our very frequent questions. What is by definition a very stressful process, was made so much easier by having worked with Bob. In short, I fully recommend Bob!
Bad choice to get Bob as a buying agent. Not reliable at all.
First being 20 min late for the first talk and then not showing up at all for the 1st viewing. Obviously we didn't have time to get another agent on the spot so this resulted in viewing 2 properties without an agent. Obviously we canceled the contract with him.
After looking three times it was already hit with thanks to Bob, very useful for the bidding process. And that for a fixed and good rate.
Very good experience with Bob! brokerage. Nice in collaboration and communication. Has helped us very well and quickly with the purchase of our house. Thanks!
