Neat service. Also remind me that the municipality provides subsidies for green roofs. It took a day to build 40m2, but the result is fantastic! As far as I am the only one with a maximum roof load of 45kg / m2, so it falls within the standard building regulations.

I ordered sedum for my roof terrace from Sedumworld, and received the order very quickly. Neatly on a disposable pallet with the instructions, and free accessories. We are now 4 months later, and the sedum has started to bloom, which creates a lot of fun and happy bees and bumblebees at 6 high!

Very happy with my purchase. Was neatly delivered and after 3 months my roof looks beautiful despite alternating drought and excessive rain.

Writing a bad review is not what I do quickly, but I make choices on the basis of reviews during my online purchase, among other things, then I also think that if the experience is less I should warn the next potential buyer about the way in which a complaint is handled. Unfortunately, we have a lesser experience. Can happen, but the response is not professional. The response by e-mail is formulated in such a way that every answer you give could show that the customer has done something wrong. Advice prior to purchasing via telephone and site are good and complete, it now appears that the sedum does not grow in various places where I have used root cloth (and then the indicated amount of substrate on it) and even dies I get several times through the mail responses that want to show that it is the place where the sedum is or my working method. In my email I indicate that the sedum does grow in almost the same place where no root cloth has been used and I also demonstrate this with photos I receive emails that are not looking for a solution but looking for what I did wrong or in that sense. Responses like; “It could be due to too much or too little sun” or “too much or too little water” .... If I indicate that this cannot be the problem because it grows well in almost the same place without root cloth, there will be a hesitant answer in the next email. With then the response back; how did you install the root cloth? On the substrate soil or under it? And whether or not I made holes in the root cloth? Yes sorry this is looking for what I did wrong, but again I applied it as described on the site. First root cloth, then substrate and then sedum. Poking holes in the root cloth is not mentioned on the site and has never been given to me by telephone by the company as advice. Unfortunately, there is no solution for this problem and in addition to the many great reviews that I have read and convinced myself to buy the sedum online from this company, I also want to indicate that it does not go smoothly for everyone. Use it to your advantage.
