After ordering something went wrong due to an error of a 3rd party. Contacting was quick and easy. All responsibility was taken immediately, a solution was offered and the package has now been properly delivered. Thank you, surprise you dear!

super company! I immediately received my order a day later, in corona time! Unfortunately one part turned out to be damaged so I contacted them immediately. The new item was sent immediately, it was not difficult! (I did include pictures). The package is packed very nicely, almost a shame to open it, in addition, there is a small present with a handwritten personal message. Where can you still find that ?!
