My mother and I regularly come to this cycle. Today we came in and immediately my mother noticed 2 big heavy pots. She asked the employee what the price was and the employee first gave the price € 30. She then appointed that she first consult with her colleague. Then I heard another customer talk about the pots, but my mother trusted that the employee would not give to another since she asked first. The employee had consulted with her colleague and the price was € 50. My mother indicated that she wanted to go through the store first. Then she went back after less than 5 minutes and it turned out that the employee had sold the pots for € 35 to the other customer. The employee responded nonchalantly to this by saying "Sorry, but it has already happened." This was not the response we expected. No empathy was shown, but the situation was downplayed. This was very unfortunate as we were not expecting it. Since we were unable to communicate with the employee about this, we decided to contact the manager. She responded sympathetically to the situation and stated that there was probably miscommunication. In any case, we were able to leave the store with a good feeling through the conversation with the manager. So tip for the following visitors; if you see something you like, haggle over the price and indicate that you want it before giving it away to another customer.
