Already booked several times through Ecco Italia. Provide fast and good service! Very satisfied

Apartment booked through Ecco. Initial response to the application was quick and pleasant. Partly because of that booked through Ecco. However, the apartment was a huge disappointment. This should never be recommended. Reaction speed is suddenly a lot lower and the final conclusion was that the response from the agriturismo to our complaint is taken seriously and ours is completely dismissed. At Ecco, locations are above the customer. Unfortunately! We have given Ecco extensive time to come up with a sympathetic solution. We have never written bad reviews before and normally is not our style ... we make an exception.

Apartment booked through Ecco Italia. Smooth booking and contact with the agency, thanks for that. Apartment was in Contea dei Ciliegi, near Pedaso in the Marche. For us a dream place with fantastic views over the sea and the associated terrain. Nice place to spend a week's holiday.

at the end of September 2017 booked a holiday via ecco italia to an agriturismo, torremozza, near Pelago, on the day of departure our travel documents were not yet received, were emailed while we were in the car, minus, but can happen, got an hour before the expected arrival we have a WhatsApp message, from the owner of the agriturismo, if we wanted to let us know if we were 10 minutes away, she would be waiting for us in the center of the village, otherwise we might not be able to find it, .. and as it turns out, the agriturismo is located in a valley, 3.5 km via an agricultural path in the middle of the woods! next to deep grooves and ravines, actually a beautiful place once arrived, but nowhere indicated on the site, and with a normal passenger car it is hoped that you will not meet anyone in that quarter !! (watch out, so you are 15 minutes trying to get on the road!), because then you have damage, we hit the bottom of the car in places, I think it is outrageous that nothing is mentioned about it, furthermore Ecco casually writes that there are nice cities in the vicinity, only what is nearby is Florence, the other nice cities like Lucca , sunna, and Pisa are all at least 1.5 hours away, most even 2 hours! in our opinion not so close at all, it is only 60 km, but in Italy that is not like here, in short, a bale holiday, emailed twice, but actually a standard email back, which you can do nothing with, and apparently they have don't feel like doing anything with criticism, too bad! no more Ecco for us !!

We are now booking a holiday and we are impressed by the speed and service of Ecco Italia ... Super service.
