Because of your patience with me and clear explanation during the treatments, which I had to undergo for a long time and expertise at a very high level from dentist Maaike, I now have a healthy mouth with teeth. A very nice dental practice where care personality and friendliness, not to mention quality, are very important. At Borre Mondzorg people like to take all the time for you and there is no pressure or stress perceptible during or after treatment. There is peace in practice and on arrival there is always time for a chat, that I was used to before. I heartily recommend Borre Mondzorg to anyone who is considering switching to another dentist.

Watch out at this dentist! Our experiences are very bad here. Invoices that are sent far too early and are also incorrect and not to our advantage of course. Have to come back several times for additional repair work related to. ignorance. Cleaning the teeth has never been so bad at a practice. Errors are not recognized, let alone compensated for the extra costs and inconvenience. Instead, they rely on integrity and professionalism which they do not live up to in any way. With complaints they prefer that you leave because they are not served criticism. My advice to others is to look further at another practice and if you choose this practice, pay attention to the invoices and double check each appointment both in advance and upon arrival. Miscommunication is always your fault here! They also come across as nice to mention something positive, but that says everything.

Although I had a lot of fear for a dentist. I have overcome my fears at borre oral care by the friendly staff and the good oral care. So recommended for people with anxiety
