People are polite and helpful. I have quite a bit of knowledge, but they are happy to answer what I don't know and help you on your way. They have tools and all small electronics. Otherwise, they are happy to order it and prices are good. Had repairs to equipment in the past twice. Very satisfied and also show what they have done. I hope they stay for a long time because such shops are unfortunately dying out :(
