Placed an order online but some items were misrouted by the courier to a wrong address. Joost and Wilhelm provided excellent support and the missing box was delivered the next morning. I will definitely buy again from here.

Ordering itself is excellent, delivered quickly. However, arranging a return is really impossible. So if you are sure that you do not have to return something, you can order here. Otherwise, order somewhere else! Update after response Redable: The response below does not produce any results. Therefore changed from 2 stars to 1 star.
