The ability to build a machine from a whole host of options including processor, RAM and disk is amazing.
Customer service is outstanding; I ordered a laptop online but selected the wrong storage option; an email later and a refund was back in my bank within a couple of days. Delivery was prompt as well.

I had a fantastic, and very personalised purchase experience dealing with "Laptop with Linux". I initially contacted them on the off chance that they might have an AMD Ryzen unit.
Turns out that while they didn't at the time, they where in the process of sourcing one to add to the catalogue.
Once the Tongfang PF5NU1G was available they notified me immediately and I was the first to pre order.
Now that the unit has arrived, I couldn't be happier with it! I have long been a fan and user of Linux. But past machines just never had full hardware support. So there was always something that didn't work, or was flaky. Not the Tongfang running Ubuntu. It's a slick chassis that runs fast and flawlessly. I had a full 8 hours battery life!!
Good service! Friendly owner. Ordered a laptop which arrived on time, there was a minor issue with this but we didn't want to send it back and loose it for a few days because our new employee couldn't work otherwise.
We got a new laptop send to us, put the old SSD in the new one and send the old laptop back.
