Be careful for shoes thiefs . Someone just took my Nike shoes and thats staff didn't have it too. its very crowded and mostly very busy. unfortunately not 24/7 😕

The gym is fine. But as soon as you have a problem with something, no one is home. Customer service is rubbish and unattainable. At the club they can never help you and you will be referred to a customer service that cannot be reached. My advice, never take out a subscription with Basic Fit. Save yourself the trap you fall in. They have been debiting the money incorrectly from my account for months now and every time I can't go in because I'm blocked. There is no solution, because there is no customer service 😂 A very annoying cycle. Do yourself a favor, stay out of here.

Very nasty cruel people work here. They smeared a subscription on my demented father when he only came to ask for information. He came home very happy because he had received a free bag, but had no idea that he had signed a contract. My mom is immediately going back with him to explain the situation. But apparently they want to earn their income this way. They refused to cancel the contract (an hour after signing) and they also did not want to increase it to a contract where 2 people could go so that my brother could exercise with my father. My mother has also emailed from her e-mail address but they are of course not allowed to communicate about someone else's account. Also emailed from my dad's account but they refuse to help. They do not respond to complaints. These people should be ashamed to abuse the elderly who are no longer completely clear and push them to sign a contract. If you're thinking about working out here, don't give it to them and go to a different gym.
