I always have a good time at CLUB-LIFE and especially enjoy the Xco BRN lessons. I also like the atmosphere at CLUB-LIFE, I feel at ease and I can do my thing. In the past I have been a member of other gyms, but I often felt watched there and the help was also less accessible. I often could not do this for more than a year. At CLUB-LIFE I always have the motivation to go there, because it doesn't feel like a "must" now, but I genuinely enjoy it too. At first I thought I needed help after my pregnancy, but with the group lesson there are always alternatives that you can do if it doesn't feel right yet. You can decide for yourself how "vigorously" you want to do the exercise. So something for everyone! The staff is also very accessible. They always have time for a personal chat. You are definitely not a "number" here. In short: I would recommend CLUB-LIFE to everyone!
