Incredibly bad organization! Lousy customer service, unwilling to listen or cooperate. I joined basicfit in June 2019, but had a serious car accident in October in which I was hit from behind at high speed. Now permanent back injury and may never be able to exercise again. Try to contact basicfit about this, but no response to the e-mail, no response by telephone (stood on hold for an hour and a half !!) Via facebook half answers and false promises. They ask for a doctor's statement, which they are not allowed to ask for at all, and then they are willing to pay back the excess money. Called again today to ask how things are going and why my mail is not being answered. Without mercy, the connection is disconnected in the middle of my question. Chance-less tent! I want them to go bankrupt today! Should I ever be able to exercise again for some miracle, this will NEVER be basic fit again. The way you treat customers is disrespectful and infantile.

Compared to most basic-fits in the Netherlands, this one is very chill. Very quiet in the morning and afternoon. In the evening a bit busier, but much quieter than most branches. All the devices you need are there and almost always available. There is plenty of functional space for Deadlift etc. Only feedback I want to give is that there is only 1 latpulldown and 1 cable fly machine.

Lost my job due to Corona and I had a major knee operation. There will be no financial and physical sports anymore. I've been trying to get in touch with this "fine" company for weeks / months now, but it seems like an impregnable fortress. If I don't manage to cancel in a proper way, I will start stoning my subscription money. See if they can respond.

Always sports on Thursdays with my daughter even though I live in Hengelo, but this branch is easily accessible, lots of parking space and a large gym

We are not allowed to enter because we are 10 minutes late due to circumstances on the road. although we had reserved another half hour. If we would have liked to exercise lesser, I understand.
