My shoulder has been bothering me for several years now. An ultrasound showed that there were tears in the tendon. Had to heal by itself but came back every time. During my sports hour in the hall I told this to Martijn. He did have an hour in between to treat me with dry needling. The result is astonishing. For a few months now without complaints. Big thumbs up for Martijn.
Recently had a series of personal training sessions at EV Fysiotherapie & Fitness van Ivo. Started with a good intake to determine your own goals and how to work towards them. Workouts were great and varied. Ivo is a passionate personal trainer who helps you as a true motivator to go that extra mile to achieve your goal. I can recommend to anyone looking for a good personal trainer EV Physiotherapy and Fitness.
Until recently no experience with physio. In the meantime, and I am sure that EV understands the profession. Clear explanation, adequate action and friendly people.
