Very bad. Staff is dredging, business is dredging, these people need hairdressing training before cutting others. Obviously they only have older customers who cannot see how badly they work, BAH yuck.

Instead of cutting to a normal length, there are now inlets on the bottom of my hair. Also angry when I asked for a refund.
