I will not say that they are very bad, but my hair did not look bleached or cut. I asked if my hair could be layered so that it would not curl like that and that was possible. My hair was completely cut up so I went back and did something about it, but it was just as bad the next day. Still no layers and everything falls weird over each other. She also applied other silver shampoo to me that would be better than the others she first showed. This shampoo does not do much and is even more expensive. I will never come here again !!
