Lovingly compassionate, patient, and cheerful staff. They put you at ease, helpful and give you professional advice. Privacy is very important here. Good guidance, they always think along with you and see what is the best solution for you. They also help you with the application and settlement with health insurance. Nowadays there is as much as possible, in the short term and in the longer term. During my illness they helped me very well at various branches, and everywhere they are equally friendly and knowledgeable.
