Very dissatisfied. We are still shocked by the telephone conversation with a Witzand employee. There was no listening. Each time the employee talked aggressively and loudly. They are friendly until something is sold. After that it's all about money and 0 about customer satisfaction and the rest. That's not how you deal with customers! VERY NASTY. Even this one star is too much.

Very customer unfriendly treated with a return shipment by several employees. An oral agreement does not mean much for Witzand. Afterwards this is reversed and it takes quite some time and effort to make the agreements made. I can advise everyone to find a different DIY store. Shop staff and warehouse staff are indeed friendly and helpful! Maybe they should lead those people over Witzand ...
