Incredibly disappointed with Nobel Building Center. We had our bathroom and kitchen installed, which we were very pleased with. That is why we have also chosen to buy our floor here. The first time laying was not good, the finish was very bad. Fortunately, this was then neatly resolved. After less than six months, the PVC floor in the dining area became much worse. Deep scratches and the floor also became duller. We immediately sounded the alarm. We were then 'helped' with cleaning products. Now we are 2 years later and we have an incredible number of scratches and a piece of the floor ourselves. Two people came to see them and they both said that this is not part of a good quality floor. Unfortunately, they think differently at Nobel. They indicate that they stand behind the quality. And they only want to provide a solution if we help pay for it. We are very disappointed in this way of service. We have now indicated for 2.5 years that the floor is not good. We had to send a registered letter otherwise, according to the account manager, we would not be taken seriously. And they still don't want to come to a good solution. We advise everyone not to do business with a company because if you have a problem and you have already paid, the good service is over. Really a shame because we were such satisfied customers.

Nice company and clear explanation

Great construction center, nice guests and they just have what it takes. Bit comparable to Stiho in North Holland, for professional use good materials. But the website I think works lousy.

Because of our new home from Roosdom Tijhuis we went to Bouwcentrum nobel in Lochem. She advised us to set aside a whole day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for a number of choices: - Kitchen 9:00 a.m. - - Got lunch 12: 00- 12:30 - Doors 12:30 - 13:30 - Bathroom 13:30 - 16:30 We were advised by Jelle for the kitchen. A very friendly and knowledgeable man. I had already designed my own kitchen with equipment and all. And that was only easy so we didn't have to make a kitchen out of nothing. Good preparation is half the battle. At the end of the morning our kitchen was also completely ready on paper with only 1 single adjustment that I had not thought of. The lunch is well catered for. Tasty sandwiches and juice. Jelle also helped us choose the doors. An hour later and that was done. We had already chosen which doors before. Only the line type did not and we found that the windows above the doors can also be removed. Top The bathroom we were advised by Herman. Fortunately also a friendly man with a clear vision. Allow us a nice bathroom. We had only chosen a set-up for this, but nothing with regard to tiles or plumbing. The standard choice is somewhat limited to 4 tiles with dimensions 30x30. Everything else is extra work but certainly not too expensive and Herman thinks along well. You can choose everything here, although the showroom is still somewhat limited. The bathroom was ready at the end of the day. But because we chose on the spot, we will go again to be sure. I definitely recommend Nobel construction center after my experience.

Given the bad reviews we were reluctant to do business with Nobel. But because we had bought our house at Roosdom Tijhuis, we soon came across them. I would certainly not go without an appointment (we would not have done that at first, so we would have left again because we didn't have time for us). After we had made an appointment we were very professionally helped by Jelle (kitchen department) and Fred (sanitary). Just an honest story in which not the most expensive articles were recommended but simply the best for our situation. In between we had lunch in one of their kitchens .. and at the end of the afternoon the quotation was ready. The price was not too bad and that is why we decided to do business with them. The advantage is also that the kitchen / bathroom / toilet is already included in the delivery and no discussion arises between contractor / subcontractor. We are super satisfied with the end result. Very nicely finished. In short, highly recommended! Written this review to do justice to this company.
