A warm blanket of professionalism and impartiality. Everything went very smoothly from our first contact with Winters Mediation. Both Gudrun and her assistant managed to get us through this rather intensive project in a very pleasant, clear and smooth manner. My ex-wife and I were already surprised at our first appointment by the openness of mr. Drs. Winters. A clear plan was ready and it was clear that she was prepared for everything. Every skeptical thought I had disappeared like snow in the sun because Gudrun presented me and my ex-wife with a clear path, what can we expect and what awaits us and at least as important how can we best walk this path. She did this in a gentle manner without making it more beautiful than reality actually is. By mirroring reality and being open about what we can expect from each other, she managed to avoid conflicts very smartly. The whole process of our divorce has taken less than 6 weeks and we are convinced that the fantastic working method and professionalism of Winters Mediation, Gudrun and Rezwani in particular is responsible for this and we are very grateful to her for that. The most important thing about this process is that we both could keep an eye on the most important thing, our children. This allows us to get along better than ever after the divorce. It is going well, we are happy. Without each other, but kind of together. And the kids are completely happy too!
