Weak notary office. Not pro-active, you have to constantly chase after it yourself. Listening is poor, so pieces need to be adjusted several times unnecessarily. Advice and formulations are careless. These extra hours are then also charged to the customer. For example, my mother lost almost € 3,000 for relatively minor changes in her will and will. Notary Henry van Halen came up with an unspecified note; for specification had to be paid extra. Scandalous practice. I think they took advantage of my mother's vulnerability. My advice: do not work with Kienhuis Hoving, choose another office with more integrity and customer focus. Notaries are already heavily overpaid people anyway, then you can expect at least competence.
