Everything for bathroom and toilet purchased from Aart vd Pol. Lousy customer service. First of all, delivery with several broken tiles. Fortunately I could cut it off as waste. Then indicated that I needed more tiles. I could come and pick it up. Nobody mentioned anything about additional costs. Month later, invoice received. Understand that there are costs involved, but that it is not mentioned when ordering is lousy. Finally, a radiator of 60 cm was ordered and delivered with the original order. Turned out to be too broad (my mistake, not Aart vd Pol's!). Asked if it could be exchanged for a 40cm variant. Wasn't a problem. Again, there is no mention of extra costs. I did not expect because it was after all a smaller model. Received an invoice again. Contacted several times about it, but they didn't want to move and credit the costs. I was even accused of having to ask if there were any additional costs involved. Bill paid neatly, but doesn't feel right. Never again Aart van de Pol for us.

A top business, well served and meeting the appointment, that's how it should be.

We have bought a kitchen and it was delivered in the middle of the Netherlands. I was able to postpone the delivery date without any problems because not everything was ready. I can only say that everything went very well from start to finish. Top service!

A positive response, really deserved! After 8 years of intensive use, a part of our Hotbath faucet has gone defective, I thought no problem and ended up with the wholesaler who sold us this faucet at the time through the installer. Of course there was no proof of purchase and the wholesaler was not solution-oriented. Via Google I came across Aart van de Pol and this turned out to be a supplier of Hotbath faucets. The seller looked at the part, immediately knew what I meant and even knew the type no by heart. He interrupted his coffee break for me and immediately called the Hotbath Taps headquarters and ordered this part. Although I had never visited Aart van de Pol before, I felt like a real customer, who didn't want to buy a kitchen right away, but wanted to be helped for a small part. Within a few days, I was contacted that the relevant part had arrived, when I came to collect it, it turned out that I did not have to pay for this. For me, a warm shower for Aart van de Pol.

In June this year a bathroom (incl. Assembly) ordered here. The planned date of installation was mid-January. All went well and helped well. Once the order has arrived, they are difficult to reach and / or do not call back. Finally at the end of September contacted whether the bathroom could be placed earlier. This was not possible due to crowds, no problem, everyone is fully booked nowadays. So this did not matter to us .... However, our planned date (January) would be delayed by at least 2 or 3 months. This was very against our agreement, because we had agreed mid January. Quote vd Pol: "yes I prefer to sell 10 bathrooms, and in terms of installation everyone is busy so it is no different." Vd Pol responded very casually and told us that we had to look for an installer ourselves. It was of course difficult to find at the beginning of November, while they had already had time for this from June. In the end I decided to only take the bathroom stuff and to look for an installer myself. The tiles were also canceled and purchased from another company. Fortunately we found some flexible friends who helped us out. Then the delivery: as a "good man" our bathroom would be delivered on Saturday first. The whole morning free from work. One day in advance I was called that they would come early in the afternoon. My girlfriend waited all afternoon, nothing ... Called themselves, they appeared to arrive after 1700. All Saturday waited for nothing. Finally brought the bathroom, here 5 parts were missing (sink / mirror / fountain / accessories). Called on Tuesday because our installer was waiting. Would be delivered on Wednesday. Wednesday together with installer waited ...... Again nothing .... Finally delivered on Thursday (still missing 2 parts). All in all, the contact person of the company is very difficult to communicate with, respond poorly to mail and do not call / call back. Certainly not recommended if you want to be unburdened with regard to your bathroom.
