In connection with the sale of the apartment from my parents, we have again chosen Hofstede and Kamp as real estate agent in view of the earlier excellent results. Bob thought along well with us, had several options in terms of approach. This well explained in a personal conversation. Communication is also always clear and personal. Frank Hofstede visited us to make an offer for the sale. We had already met 2 other brokers and wanted to compare well. During the conversation we already discovered that a personal relaxed atmosphere was created. He explained everything well on the basis of his documentation that Frank had brought with him. Ultimately, Hofstede and Kamp was the most expensive of the 3, but we have not regretted it. They hire a professional photographer (Karin), who specializes in home and interior photography. The photos taken really stand out if you compare this with other homes that were for sale at the same time. Our expectations were therefore high. We paid a little more for it than with another broker and of course we wanted to get value for that. A week later the house was on Funda and immediately that day viewers were already interested and were immediately scheduled in consultation with us. All we had to do was clean up the house and the broker (Bob) did the viewings. After each viewing, we received a call and were informed what viewers thought. We also saw a note appear with each visit in our personal environment that was created for us at the Hofstede & Kamp. In total, our house has been for sale for 6 weeks and we are very happy with the result.
