We have experienced Petra as a charming, sweet and enthusiastic woman with know-how. I rate her communication skills (because it cannot be higher) as very good. Clarity is very nice when selling your house. She doesn't make any promises that she can't deliver. Valuation was realistic, but she was open to our 'response' and that is what makes Van Werkhoven distinctive in the east of the Netherlands. Not every Tukker likes the "straightforward". To end with a wink: if I now tell you that next year it will be 365 days long in Twente, you do not believe in a miracle ;-) What should not be forgotten in this text: contact with the office staff ( Laura) has no critical note. We have just bought a house in Enschede through Van Werkhoven Makelaars. Petra has thought along very well with us from the first moment and has informed us well about the environment, the situation on the housing market, etc. Petra and her colleague Laura were always easily accessible by telephone and email. When we wanted to bring forward the delivery date, we immediately cooperated and a final inspection was scheduled in the short term. In short: friendly, personal yet professional and flexible! Excellent in our opinion! Petra was the selling agent of the house we bought this summer. In the purchase process, we particularly liked the clarity about making the offer and the handling of the purchase. All of this felt confidential, happened in a concrete manner and, above all, very quickly. We were somewhat hesitant in advance because of the negative reviews. Our experience has proven the opposite. For us therefore definitely recommended!

Do not fully understand the negative reviews as we have had an absolutely TOP experience with this broker and especially Petra. She took the house of my deceased mother for sale and sold it in the foreseeable future at an excellent price. We are very satisfied with the way in which and the further handling of the sale. Via van Werkhoven Makelaars you can buy a house in Hengelo. In addition, the viewings were professionally organized and they were well aware of all matters that were going on in and around the house. There was clear communication about the part of making an offer for the house and the selection of the best offer was handled fairly. She really looked at our idea of ​​what was best for the seller.
