Beware! Scam Practices !! Trying to knock money out of your pocket in every way. While sweeping the chimney, it was noted that frost damage had occurred to the masonry. By impregnating for € 50, this could be stopped and prevented in the future. However, € 150 was charged on the bill as well as € 30 for a bird cap. Value less than € 10, -

Came with a quote of over 1200 for a sloping roof that had some leakage at the chimney due to broken lead. For half of this money you can have a chimney re-grouted and lead re-applied. Jacosta applies self-adhesive lead for 1200 euros.

Great job done: replaced under frosts & chimney swept. Regarding the work: good price / quality ratio, good work, neat & polite: everything fine! I wish that all self-employed people would be so professional and treat their customers that way.

Turn your leg out. Saying that a smoke channel is rusted while it is not. Ask for the grand prize for repairs and only give a guarantee if you do everything they have found.
