Made an appointment but does not show up and does not report! Very unprofessional !! .......... And also unprofessional and very childish to say that you could not get in touch with me. You never called and never sent or left a message. Not even tried to make a new appointment ... What you are writing now is one big lie !! You will therefore receive 1 star and you do not need to justify it in any way.

E.P. Roof covering, address: Nieuw Frieslandstraat 1-A in Enschede. Be warned about this company. We feel cheated by the owner E. vd Werf. He does not live up to the agreement, does very bad work and cheats with his final invoice. The website looks slick were it not that all photos on the website come from other websites. The company has an MKB OK Certificate on the website that has already expired (Until 1 Jan. 2018) and therefore has no value whatsoever. We have trusted this company to have our leaking zinc gutters (probably around 30 years old) repaired since EP roofing material indicated that changing the gutters was not immediately necessary. (Owner E. vd Werf did not climb the ladder during the first conversation to see how it was in the gutter) We indicated that we naturally wanted the cheapest solution, but we wanted to get rid of the leak. The leakage could be solved fine and cheaper by covering the zinc gutter with APP. We got the costs written on a flyer. Afterwards it turned out that this is not possible at all because a zinc gutter works with cold and heat and as a result the material (APP) will crack. The company should have mentioned this to me, the customer. This material would certainly keep the gutters leak-free for at least 10 years. Unfortunately this was not the case. The owner E. vd Werf himself does absolutely nothing in terms of work. He leaves the work to an employee and the gentleman himself is there to indicate directions and things. I myself have been at home during all work and therefore know exactly what they have done and have kept track of the hours when they were working. Owner gave a far too high price, this was also not agreed, but the work was according to E. vd Werf worse than expected and therefore also more expensive. The working hours of EP Roofing were also incorrect. After a month, the gutters started to leak again and we declared EP roofing through the legal aid. Mr. did not intend to restore it. (After the disagreement about the price, the owner indicated that he would never want to return to our address). Through the legal assistance we had to settle the case outside of E. vd Werf. Unfortunately, this is just a patch on the wound. we have lost the largest amount to the poorly repaired gutters. We would have preferred this company to be unable to continue its activities. He does a bad job. Call it fiddling. The price you pay for this is many times too high. EP Roofing says to give a warranty for 10 years, but they do not adhere to this. Don't let this 'company' do repairs on your house!

Does appointments neatly, delivers super tight work and tidy everything up again. We are very satisfied with this company.

After the January storm, this company called in to repair roof damage. Company suggested checking the entire roof to replace broken pans, reposition shifted pans, and secure ridge frosts. The repairman gave the impression that this involves a lot of work, because this was also the amount of the offer. (2117 euros) The invoice also had to be paid in cash. After giving the order, it turned out that the repairman had already finished his work after half an hour. Remaining work that would be carried out by agreement at another time has not been carried out. The company does not contact the customer on its own initiative even after repeated telephone calls from the customer. As a customer you will get the feeling that the company has abused the situation and that you have been misled. Obviously, don't engage this company with needed repairs as this company isn't / doesn't do what it suggests on the website. in summary, the word unreliable is most appropriate.

Does not meet appointment does not call back and plays with customer try to solve a year long problem but mister keeps quiet or has some kind of excuse ready Well sir has responded to my message but again the same excuse dakdekker goes for chimney sweeping boelshit EP if you agree on something you have to come when I call you say sorry forgotten come this afternoon but do not wonder how long you still exist if you are dealing with your customers
