Kindly received at the office. We have a great lawyer, he consults a lot with us and listens carefully to our story. I recommend it, although we hope we shouldn't use their services too often 😉

Thanks to De Haan Advocaten & Notarissen, we risk losing a case. We expected clear legal advice, from which to properly weigh up a conflict. However, did not receive any legal advice. On the contrary, due to lax, slow and non-action by De Haan Advocaten, we are now in the suspect bank. They do, however, send invoices at € 250.00 per hour, which, as we have experienced, is not offset by any performance (let alone legally). We are going to file a complaint with the President of the Bar Association. Such a practice should not be allowed.

Unfortunately, after 3 months of tug of war, I had to stop working with De Haan Advocaten. In addition, I started the complaints procedure. This in particular to protect other companies against the 'services' of De Haan Advocaten. The (non-) service provision of De Haan lawyers has led to the fact that not the counterparty, because of our inadequate performance, comes into the suspect bank, but that we are in the suspect bank. In addition, the chance that we can still recover our damage is probably gone. All this thanks to De Haan lawyers. If this is the case, we will transfer the complaint to the Bar Association (including a claim for compensation).
