I broke my front tooth in the middle of our vacation. Because the tooth was sharp I called several dentists on the island, but only Joosten got hold of me. Madam told me that they do not help me as a tourist due to corona! So I just had to go to my own dentist. I just had to file the sharp part off with a nail file !? So with my dearly paid and additional dental insurance I am not helped on Texel by corona which they use to not have to be busy. This took me and my family 3 days to have my own dentist repaired. As far as I am concerned, this falls under denial of care and the complaint has already been passed on to KNMT.
