My husband had 2 molars pulled in this practice and after pulling the first molar there appeared to be an inflammation (pus came out), but he was then sent home without aftercare and returned twice because of a lot pain. Eventually he was given rinse aid and antibiotics and the pain subsided after 2 weeks. After pulling the second pick the same story, a lot of pain and sleepless nights. Eventually we went to an emergency dentist in Amsterdam and there it turned out that there were 2 root residues left in the canal and that caused the pain. The dental surgeon removed them and the aftercare was excellent. We went home with rinse aid, antibiotics and a compress and fortunately the pain disappeared. TCN had also said that a root canal treatment had to be done in another molar, but according to the dentist in Amsterdam this was not necessary because he did not see any inflammation. We then filed an official complaint with TCN with photos etc. and we have been waiting for an answer for 2 months now. We still understand that a dentist makes mistakes. But that nothing is subsequently done to resolve the issue and the invoices continue to flow in, we think that is really scandalous. We have waited 2 months with this review, because we prefer to solve it with TCN ourselves, but unfortunately that does not happen. A missed opportunity!

So glad to have taken the step to go. Neatly received budget. You only pay anesthesia costs in advance. Went in crying but now so happy !! Wait until the frame is ready and fits. Experience a lot of understanding here!

I have never experienced this before. Communication about an application for a claim to the health insurer which has been running for more than a year and my entire treatment is suspended. Each time I have to initiate the communication myself, so that someone from TCN will do her job.

Incredibly good practice! I myself have been very anxious for the dentist from childhood. I am also unlucky that not all anesthetics work for me, but I am really very satisfied with them! :) Are very friendly and empathize with you. Are careful and indicate everything step by step when they do something. Definitely recommended for people who are afraid of the dentist. Or have something else special.

I am very satisfied with TCN. I always go there with a nervous feeling, but I also always go home laughing. I have had good experiences at Emmastraat (dentist) and Einsteinstraat (dental surgeon). The employees are very patient and create a nice atmosphere. I was reluctant to have my wisdom teeth removed, but due to the patience and expertise of the employees, I was ready within half an hour and went home happy. Fortunately it was not too bad.
