Wash & Go

The app never works properly. Just paid but I can't turn on the washing machine, and my app now says all the washing machines are "out of order". This is not the app before I put my laundry in it. The washing machine next to it runs.

You pay 3 euros per wash and 2 euros per drying. If you have a little more you will lose 10 euros each time. You can only top up with 15 euros each time. The worst thing is that very often wet laundry comes out of the dryer. Calling is not possible, only send messages in English. At this company you feel that it's all about one thing: earn quickly. VERY VERY ANGRY, because you walk 3 times back and forth to a remote laundry room for a lot of money and a bad result.

Washing machines and dryers that work very poorly and almost never do it. It is like a slot machine if you are going to run a good wash.
