Nice Hotel. Good and clean rooms and pretty efficient CV Ovid 19 hygiene concept. Great breakfast!
Dined-in at the restaurant. Huge selection. Fair-prices. Delish herbs-butter. Linguini with seafoods was not super tasty. Fries was perfectly done. Chocolate tartelette was nice (except the popcorn ice cream lacked taste). Their strength is the crew, better than the usual in the Netherlands, constantly checking-in making sure we’re served on time, giving extra service with a smile.
Now this was very good. Great staff, nice location.
I stayed here with my partner for 3 nights; we were pleasantly welcomed here and received a voucher for a free drink to be consumed at the bar or restaurant.
The hotel has free and plenty parking spaces. A shuttle to the ferry was offered during our stay; public transport from the hotel is not readily available!
The elevators were secured by room floors being only accessible with a valid room keycard which provides a heightened sense of security.
The superior double room was spacious with large windows and a small window which could be opened. If you get a room on the front side, this means you can get in some noise from the nearby street and highway, but it did not bother us at all.
The noise which did bother me was sounds fr neighboring rooms; whirlpool baths being used in the middle of the night, room doors being slammed shut almost.
The TV which could be turned was nice, being able to view it from bed or sitting on the chairs.
The room is fully equipped. A soap dispenser near the sink would be a welcome addition. We did not use the restaurant or wellness facilities at all so there is nothing I can say about those.
All in all the hotel has a lot to offer and although not perfect, it provided a more than just good stay. 4.5 stars!
This hotel chose to prioritize their own profits rather than appease their customers. After receiving aid from the Dutch government this hotel chose to keep all non-refundable rates and refuse to rebook them for numerous travelers. Absolutely and utterly disingenuous hotel that chose to profit off of this time in addition to the aid they received. Really can’t tell people to stay away from this place enough. The people who run and manage this property should feel absolutely and utterly ashamed of themselves for how they have conducted themselves at this time.
