Bad Practice and Bad service. Dentist Siautra is a terribly creepy man. Firstly, he provides incorrect information about the costs and reimbursement of products, which means that you will miss out on insurance reimbursement. If you then address him, he will try to talk you through so that you can still take the expensive treatment, assuming that he will arrange it all for you with the cost savings. Then you sit on his couch and the procedure started after having made good agreements, he returns to his just made appointment and if you indicate that you think the situation plus the way of working there is not normal then he will shout you extremely unprofesional as if you are his slave. And if you also bring the card to the manager, they disguise that they are not obliged to inform the patients or such information. I have never seen such wolves that deal with you in such a customer-unfriendly, degrading and unprofessional way. They have professions where people rely on their advice and then act in good faith. They really should not be treated like this with patients!

Appointment is canceled 20 minutes in advance because the doctor is sick. If I would do that 20 minutes in advance, a fee will be charged. 2nd time my appointment is canceled by means of voicemail message? I listen to my voicemail box and I don't see any message from the practice. Having written out this event I regret that I spent money on them this year.

I have been a customer of dentist E. van Gelder for more than 30 years and have always been perfectly received and treated. The quiet way of treatment is really nice. He says in advance what he is going to do and treats it so well that I almost always choose not to have an anesthetic. Although I can think of nicer things than lying in the dental chair, at Van Gelder I always lie relaxed in the chair. In principle I dislike a dental hygienist but the treatment by dental hygienist Betul Ates was my first experience of a 100% painless treatment. Because of this I will definitely make an appointment again in six months.

New customer very dissatisfied, You will not receive a reminder email or text message prior to your appointment. Because of this, I was confused with time and too late for my appointment, so I was fined € 60. Reason: 40 minutes had to be made available. This for a front tooth composite that already costs € 60 (according to the dentist). Now received a bill of € 126.36, with the reason that the treatment costs not 60 euros but 84 euros. In addition, they have treated half a tooth without being asked, so I have to pay around 40 euros. Summarizing; 186.36 euros have to pay for a small corner addition which is in fact only a minor intervention. not a pleasant introduction, very customer unfriendly.
