Awful dentist practice. Rude and unfriendly dentist. Totally customer unfriendly. I do not recommend anyone to register here.

Awful dental practice. Even 1 star is still too much! I called my tooth a week in advance with pain complaints, which continued to my ear. The lady on the phone would schedule an appointment for me. First Thursday, but then Monday, because otherwise there would not be enough time for the treatment. Called in 10 minutes late (sometimes it runs out, can happen). Can lie in the chair, people look, they take a picture. The dentist casually says that I have to make a new appointment at the counter for the treatment that is needed, because there was no time for that at the time -_- I am now happily at a much better practice, where I just immediately helped become. Don't know what happened to this practice but this is really TOo bad !!

1 star is worth too much. Amateurs and scammers! Hasan lights people up! And they are nowhere connected to an external complaints committee, says the operator. I will also make a report to Igj (Health and Youth Inspectorate). Hasan can only look and does nothing further. For prosthesis you have to come back 20 times and very quietly this gentleman says that it is normal. Staff at the desk and on the phone have offensive behavior.

My dentist was suddenly gone and I got another one. I knew nothing. All of a sudden after looking for 5 minutes everything was approved but I had to make an appointment with the dental hygienist ... ?? This dentist just looks, does nothing at all !! My previous dentist did tartar removal and everything. I immediately left.

Very bad experience, crown did not work, then bridge but first choose at zkh (to pay € 277 despite my dentist plus fbto) no consultation, bridge also failed and now I'm with a side without 2 choose by wrong diagnoses. Now it's nice to say, just take 2 implants, costs ..... for min, which I have no money for. Money beating at both parties and no understanding at all for a solution. So other dentist and other health insurer.
