This is about the worst company I have ever worked with. The owner did a very unprofessional installation. Just today, my 6 month old furnace stopped working again and a professional installer told me the job looks like it was done by a homeowner. Richard does not pick up phone calls, does not follow up with the furnace manufacturer and isn't thoroughly unprofessional. I definitely do not recommend this business.
