I think 1 star is too much for them. This “company” is a scam. They replaced our thermostat with a broken thermostat we paid 140 euros and when we make an appointment to have it replaced they don’t show up for the appointment, they don’t call you back and ignore my calls.... what a scam.... would seriously not recommend to anyone. “all round service” Additional: Ok maybe instead of arguing here maybe you could call and tell me why you don’t show up to scheduled appointments and why you not pick up the phone to have the courtesy to say when your coming to fix the “second hand thermostat” which was just “broken”. And you charged us 140 euros. It’s not been even a year, Here’s the receipt... and again if you have the time to argue here why not call and just tell me that you couldn’t make it or change the time?! Your doing a business here aren’t you? People pay for your services, if you don’t provide service then this is just a scam.

They did my underfloor heating pump, it was broken I was very well helped by this company and they were very friendly

Often do not answer the phone, do not call back. If you do get someone on the phone and you are promised to be called back, it usually doesn't. Agreements made at your home are not kept without notice. If you call about this you will be told that it will be sorted out and that you will hear from them. No more comments received.

I have visited them for a total of 8 weeks (not daily) and have been kept informed (especially by Michael) about the course of events. There was an enormous delaying factor in it. I will always recommend them to friends. Michael, thank you for everything.
