Strange reservation system for a taxi company, letting you wait "minutes to hours" for the final confirmation. Called to confirm to find out they would be 15 minutes late to be called after 15 minutes by the driver it would take another 15 minutes. Not the level of service you expect of a dedicated airport taxi company.

Service is good, they called me to inform that the taxi will be 5 minutes late, they have sent a van. AMS East to the airport for 43 EUR.

Great service- easy to reach, polite, let us know that van would be a few min late. Better price than most.
