Nice company and very well helped by Patrick. They are involved, no question is too much. People think along and therefore give real advice. Only point of criticism is that they "cooperate" with Hugtenburg & de Vries and our experience for appraising our house by this company is rather disappointing. Obviously immediately passed on and they found this very regrettable ... Hopefully they will let other parties do the appraisals in the future and indicate otherwise themselves of course;) They are flexible enough. Anyway to end positively: Good company, they show everything directly from the computer screen, so just seeing another distributions or interest period is immediately adjusted and made transparent :) For us really a relief compared to the company where we were first (about which not bad words, but were just a bit more classic ...)

Very nice, professional and personal handling of my mortgage application. It concerned an application with some challenges i.v.m. income from abroad, but Mark was on top of it and managed to help me well in all areas. Responses were quick and clear and, despite these challenges, the mortgage was arranged very quickly.

Through a colleague I ended up at Mark van Hypotheker Haarlem-Noord. Mark and his colleagues have helped us very well with the purchase of our second home and recently also for the financing for our construction. They keep you informed of the progress, the reception is always very pleasant to you and Mark always thinks along with you. For example, we had not taken out our 1st mortgage through them and Mark had given some unsolicited tips about this. Really super! In short, go here especially if you want good advice for taking out your mortgage! :-)
