My son is happy to come. Never had any fear until now. The employees are very professional and know how to deal with the kids (especially with toddlers and pre-schoolers).

This should be a dentist practice especially for children. Then it may also be better to look at how the staff treat children there. The dentist himself no problems. But the assistant does not belong there. Our daughter had no fear of the dentist at all. Went with pleasure. Referred to Poetz and the first appointment was an intake. First a conversation with the assistant. She immediately told our daughter that her teeth had to be pulled out. And even more substantial interventions that had to be done were thrown on the table by the assistant. Once at the dentist himself, this turned out not to be the case at all. What do you mean I only scare a child ?! Very bad this attitude of the assistant! Due to the Corona, parents are no longer allowed to enter. Children are taken into the treatment room crying and upset, where the panic only continues. Still seems to me in such cases that comfort and the feeling that mom or dad is there only helps in this process. Because that is precisely the intention here that children no longer have fear ?!

We had to get our 10 year old daughter out of school due to severe toothache and nerve pain. Immediately called Poetz, but it was immediately indicated that our daughter was deregistered. The reason for deregistering was that letters were sent to the wrong address. After reviewing the administration it appears that we had notified us of a change of address via email. Indicating that it is therefore a misunderstanding and that we must be helped urgently. Unkind response and tone from reception: "No message to" "Your should have opened the letters". This is outrageous. You always try to help a 10-year-old child with severe pain and do not hide behind policy in a blunt way. p, s called another dentist and she immediately made time so that our daughter could be helped.

Poor service, very unfriendly contact on the phone, we will never recommend Poetz to other people again.

We are very satisfied with Poetz. My daughter was so afraid of the dentist but here they take all the time for her, they explain everything very well and they are also very sweet. Siem has so much patience, she knows exactly what to say to make children laugh. And, not unimportantly, she can also put us at ease as parents.
