BEWARE! SCAMMERS. Called for a service and possible malfunction. It was determined on site that the malfunction was caused by the gas valve. This had to be replaced and one more part. Costs including maintenance € 530. This had to be paid immediately and in cash, otherwise VAT was added. I got a strange feeling and when I indicated that I wanted to think about it for a moment, the hood was put back on (without having carried out maintenance) and 1 of the two gentlemen walked out the door immediately. The other wanted me to pay the maintenance bill, but I declined as no maintenance was done. This resulted in an unpleasant situation, calling back and forth with the boss and threatening bailiffs. In the end I had to pay 85 euros call-out costs, but that was not in the contract, so why? After 45 minutes, some maintenance was eventually done, but they did not want to put that on the receipt and the 85 euros had to be handled in cash again. In the end having another company come over, there appeared to be nothing wrong with the central heating, but the thermostatic tap of the shower was broken !! So these are real SCAMMERS who try to knock your cash out of the pocket, without receipt and then also find defects that are not there. Think carefully before you start working with this company !!!

In the beginning it was difficult to make an appointment. I had to call quite often. However, at this time they are busy so I can understand that. Fairly young company. Friendly guys. No question is too much. Our boiler turned out to be completely rotten from behind. Such a point that you know will come at some point, but if it does then you are not prepared for it. Be able to make an appointment within 3 days and have a new boiler installed with accessories. The water heater they installed was certainly not the most expensive. But for what we need an excellent replacement. However, in the evening I looked at how things were going. You never know with water. It turned out that he still leaked something. A phone call and the next day they came by as a service. If it is easier for them to make and fulfill an appointment, then it is a top company! Thank you guys!

Phone call went before order to be executed went smoothly. After payment for the work and after checking the work, it turned out that tinkering had been done. leakage everywhere when mounting my water heater. Called WR emergency service, they promise to come, but they do, have to call the back every time, the answer was way too busy. In short, after payment, but hope that everything has been done correctly, otherwise you can forget about it. Prudish work and scammer is WR emergency service. Anyone who wants to be scammed must call in WR emergency service.

Had a very bad experience with this company cost a lot of money and eventually had to bring in another company. WR service made the central heating boiler in such a way that you eventually have to go for a new boiler. This didn't feel right and having another company look at it turned out to be broken and a screw from the burner was on the ground. After a new gas block from the other company, the central heating boiler is doing great.

WR Spoedservice is a company that asks a lot of money for a simple job and delivers poor quality. After payment they are no longer available for you or you are held on a leash. Ultimately, you will have to solve the repair work yourself. See also complaints to the consumer association at complaintscompas.nl In short scammers be careful with this company.
