Nice but an incompetent and unreliable prutser. The disconnected lead is incorrectly sealed, causing leakage damage. Without covering, damage to wooden floor. Promised to have his insurance reimbursed and then left with the Noorderzon. Does not respond to phone calls or emails. Now water damage in ceiling and deep scratches in wooden floor.
