Visited the clinic for the 2nd time with Sara because of stick trauma.
am satisfied with the treatment and professionalism the clear explanation.
Fair expectation and loving approach
They are always quick to serve our cats here. Also good contact via the receptionists. Agreements are met properly.
Time is also quickly made for real emergencies outside regular opening hours.
Brought my bunny urgently. She said she had to relax because she was under too much stress, so we went home while waiting ,, is a 10 minute drive, we came home and still had our coat on the phone that she died during an investigation. They had also taken photos and researched in 10 minutes while she first had to relax. Got an expensive bill. In my eyes, acted wrongly and no photo was taken. Unreliable, businesslike and impersonal. Never go there again!
Nice location, very nice team! Seem to be good with each other, although there is also a lot of hard work to say. They have a separate cat clinic here, which is noticeable when you come by. Completely separate from the rest of the veterinary clinic, with even a private entrance at the front of the building.
