Patisserie Roos

All things delicious- sweet and savoury. A well known pattiserie in Bergen, frequented by the locals. Selling ice cones throughout the week. I like their Dutch memorabilia cakes and sweets, great as present and nicely wrapped. If you have a sweet tooth this is the place to go!

Very good but I don't like not being welcome just because I don't always understand Dutch.

Delicious cakes and biscuits!

Walked in as a passer-by, because it said "chocolatier" on the facade. Asked for a box of chocolates. Little meager offering for a chocolatier, but good. Upon inquiry, the chocolates turned out not to have been made by yourself. Too bad for a "chocolatier". Bonbons also taste great. Also bought chocolate truffles. Certainly not the best I've ever eaten. Supermarket truffles are no less. The lady who helped us seemed to be on her last legs. I didn't find the layout of the store very clear. You had to grab this yourself, it had to be taken care of for you, unclear queue due to all the back and forth of customers and staff. The renovation talked about might not have been done this way.
