I had an amazing time in the hands of Livia.
She is really taking good care of your body and mind.
Livia is an excellent teacher for Pilates and Yoga.
I followed private Pilates at Livia and she guided me well, with an eye for precision (alignment) and guidance tailored to the person he / she needs. She knows how to find the right balance between motivating for hard work (persevering when it gets tough) but also keeping an eye on not going over boundaries (kind to the body). Livia nice personality and the only one in the Alkmaar / Bergen area that gives private Pilates session on the reformer with this quality!
