Customer for 23 years (previously to your satisfaction). Our thermostat was broken, we were advised to buy a new boiler, we have a new boiler (which is constantly empty, overheats while we have small children here) and still a broken thermostat. We have been trying to get in touch for a solution since January, but we are always ignored, not called back or answered properly.

Have to wait 6 weeks and kept on the leash for an urgent quote to finally hear that they are too busy. Promised several times to call back but never done. All in all a VALUELESS service !! Afrader.
