Bad service, I wouldn't recommend this company. Came to replace part of our toilet. Toilet is secured with 2 screws, but also glued with a thin strip of kit for reinforcement. Part is being replaced, the toilet is screwed back on, however the owner did not want to get it back on as it was. Thought that was not part of the work. We had to pay another 90 euros and material costs for the kitten if we wanted to get this done. Called and indicated that if we have a job done by an expert, we expect everything to be delivered as it was. Finally, we hire an expert to do the job we seemed to be in. However, there would be no kiting without additional payment. Very poor service!

Quite strange, you call a number that appears when you search for plumber Zandvoort, then it is a company from st Pancras. You pay 45 euros call-out costs and 55 euros start-up rate for the first hour, this is neatly told in advance. However, after 5 minutes it was found that there was a roof tile with a crack, that would be the leakage cause, instead of in that hour what you have already paid, to look further if there are no more defects, people stop searching. 12 euros extra for a dash kit !!!! Total 136 euros !!! After a rain shower two days later, the water came right through the drywall. Called, yes we can come immediately, but again pay the whole series of 45 and 55 euros !, after much hassle on the phone, the 45 euros would be donated. I did not answer my question as to why I had to pay 55 euros again when there was actually at least 45 minutes left over from the last time. Coincidentally, an acquaintance came along who also dared to go up on the roof, who found in 1 minute that the shed was removed from the chimney, repaired and the leakage is now over. Because I thought it was sloppy, I called the company, I would be called back, that still needs to be done, no I would not recommend this company.

Bad experience with this company. They carried out "maintenance", a little later I got a malfunction. When I called for this they could come by for € 55, - call charges. Then I opened the boiler myself; There was a lot of dust and debris at the bottom of the boiler, so they did not remove this. The gasket was also supposedly replaced. You guessed it; The old gasket was still on the boiler. I am looking for another company that I can trust.
