In case of complaints you will immediately be referred to the Kifid. However, Interbank and the Kifid belong to the same (paying) network, old boys currant bread. It is therefore almost impossible to ever win a case, however strong, against the Interbank at the Kifid. Just search the Kifid site for a case in which the complainant has been successful against the Interbank. THERE IS NOT. With every complaint, the Kifid initially looks for arguments to reject a complaint and of course they almost always find them with that as a starting point! If you want to hit a .... there is always a stick to be found!
Ik herken niks van al die negatieve geluiden rondom interbank. We zijn jarenlang klant grweest en nooit problemen. Ook toen we onze schuld in een keer wilde inlossen. Ze staan altijd meteen klaar, zijn vriendelijk en reageren snel.
